The Fani Foundation Organization Inc® National Board of Directors helps chart the Foundation’s mission and vision. It
selects, evaluates and supports the president and chief executive officer. The board also protects the Foundation’s
assets, enhances its public standing, ensures accountability, maintains legal integrity and assesses its own performance.

Mrs. Okeke-Obiefoka is the President and Founder of Fani Foundation Organization, Inc.
since its creation in 2007. She is responsible for the management of the internal and the
external operations of the company worldwide.
Mrs. Okeke-Obiefoka earned a degree from the Washington International University at King
of Prussia, PA, M.S in Computer Science & Information Technology, degree from University
Of Central Texas, TX, B.S in Computer Science.
She has worked as a Special Police Officer (SPO), Security Officer (SO); with Watchman
Protective Services, Inc. in Maryland. As a School Health Room Aide with Department of
Health and Human Services in Maryland.
She has also held numerous senior positions inthe community including serving as United African Organization Of
Central Texas (Secretary), Ukpor United USA, Inc. (1st Assistant Secretary).
She is a member of the Midrand Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (SACOB, SABEK) in South Africa, American
College of Healthcare Executives. Prior to founding Fani Foundation, Mrs. Okeke-Obiefoka was the principal and
founder of N.C. Gabriel Import & Export Ltd. Founded in 2000, the South African based management consulting and
advisory firm focused on international and domestic business solutions for clients in the South Africa and other parts
of Africa. She has served a diverse clientele throughout the international marketplace.
Mrs. Okeke-Obiefoka is a member of the Head Start Policy Council in Montgomery Country Public Schools in
Maryland. She served as a volunteer with the Montgomery County Volunteer Center’s Language Bank. She also
worked with the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Midrand, South Africa on a volunteer bases for 4years as HIV/AIDS
counselor.
Mrs. Okeke-Obiefoka served in the United States Army for 8years and now a veteran. She is a mother of 3 beautiful
kids.

Mr. Obiefoka is the Vice-President of Fani Foundation Organization, Inc. since 2007. He
has been in the services to Humanity for over 20years.
He was a graduate at Florida Metropolitan University (M.SC Criminal Justice) and (B.SC
Political Science) from Nnamidi Azikiwe University in Anambra State, Nigeria. On completion
of his National Youth service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria, he moved to Johannesburg South
Africa and joined NCO Travel and Tourism Consultant.
In 2000, he bought the company and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. As
the CEO, he travels around the globe to build his network at the same time he was active in
charity work at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Midrand, South Africa. He later became a Eucharist minister in the
Church.
In 2005, he moved with his family to United State of America. He is currently working with the State of Maryland
Department of Juvenile Services as Residential Advisor and a certify Security consultant.
When he discovered that his beloved wife has a calling for serving the humanity, he supported her to start Fani
Foundation Organization Inc. Based on the fact that we have witness people dying due to hunger and HIV/AIDS; we
started doing all we can to help.
He is married with three kids. He is devoted Christian and play soccer if he has time. He likes positive people around
him and he jokes a lot, many people see this as his weakness. He likes good things.
Mr. Obiefoka was president of Ukpor Improvement Union a community based organization in Johannesburg, South
Africa and Currently 2nd Vice President Ukpor United USA, a member of Midrand Chamber of Commerce and Industry
in South Africa.

Miss Chinyere Elosiuba is the Secretary of Fani Foundation Organization, Inc. since 2009.
