Dr. Alexander Sherzer Completed his medical training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine in a three-year Internal Medicine residency program at the affiliated Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey. During this time, he designed his own curriculum in cardiovascular medicine, received numerous accolades, and published two groundbreaking articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He then spent several years in one of the largest private practices in northern New Jersey, caring for a population of over 10,000 patients of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. In this practice, he honed successful methods of treating common and unusual medical conditions – bringing health, comfort, and hope to his loyal community of patients.

He Specialized in Infectious Diseases, Travel Medicine, Immunizations, Cardiovascular Health, and Preventive Care.
Dr. Sherzer is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties and rated as one of America’s Top Physicians by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

Very enthusiastic, compassionate nursing professional with years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medication Technician, and License Practical Nurse. Possess superior knowledge of the nursing processes, professional standards of nursing, and a track record of maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive data at all times.


Esther Okeke Thorough working knowledge of catheterization, ventilator care, and pain management. Committed to enhancing the quality of patient care through competent, skilled nursing diagnosis, promising patients a healthier and happy life. Assured exhibition of professionalism and integrity at all times. Active Certifications include HIV/AIDS, Phlebotomist, Blood-borne Pathogens Training Certificate, and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Instructor.

Board Of Directors

Edith N. Chuta is one of the Fani Foundation Organization Board Of Directors, since 2014. She is responsible for selecting, evaluate, and approve appropriate compensation for the operations of the company worldwide.

Edith is the former Classroom Teacher Taught First, Second and Third graders in a combined classroom. From (2002-2003). As a direct care staff, She trains, supervises and assist adult developmentally disabled and mentally challenged individuals in their residential group homes and workshops

Ms. Chuta earned a degree from the TEXAS SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY, Houston, Texas 63 Hours towards Master of Public Administration, and  B. Sc. Criminal Justice/Political Science.

Ms. Amaka Ikwuka is one of the Fani Foundation Organization Board Of Directors, since 2011.  She is a very resourceful person who holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria and a Masters’s degree in Geographical information systems from the University of Ibadan Nigeria. With over 5 years of managerial and client handling experience, She has combined strong and versatile knowledge with excellent negotiation skills to identify and maximize opportunities. 

Ms. Amaka has worked with a number of establishments including an NGO based in the United Kingdom that handles domestic violence, women trafficking, misuse of substance amongst others.

She is currently resident in the United Kingdom.
